Tarjeta Senator Vip Gold

The Senator VIP Gold card offers broader benefits than the Senator VIP card. To get it, you must get on your Senator VIP card at least 500 points or 50 room nights in 5 different stays between January 1 and December 31.

How do I accumulate points on my card?
Every time you stay at a Senator Hotels & Resorts hotel, as a member of Senator VIP , you accumulate points automatically. These points will vary according to the number of rooms and nights of your stay.
How many points can I get?
Each time you stay at one of our hotels, you will get a certain number of points depending on the destination, the tourist season and the hotel category at which you stay.
¿Do I earn the same points booking directly on Senator Hotels & Resorts or a travel agency?
If you book directly with us, you will accumulate 1 point for every € 10 of both the total cost of your vacation and the extra expenses you make at the hotel as long as you charge them to your room. You will also accumulate points if you make your reservation with your usual travel agency according to the point earning table .
How can I redeem my points for hotel nights?
Redeeming your points is very easy. If you have enough points, you can make a room reservation through this website, in the section new reservation ( redeem points) .

You can also redeem your points through our Customer Service, att.clientes@senatorhr.es .

The change of points will be applied on the price of catalogo in force (taxes included) for the consecutive days you want, with the requested regime and room type. You can also use them to manage as many free nights as your point balance allows (it will only be applied to the prices of the catalogo the consecutive days that cover these points and never to offers or supplements of short stay).
How many points can I redeem?
You can always redeem as many points you have accumulated from previous visits.
Do my points expire?
The points accumulated in the program will expire 5 years after they are issued if the owner has not previously spent them. These points will be automatically canceled within the indicated period.

Accounts that remain inactive for a period of more than five years will be automatically canceled and all points accumulated to date will be lost. We will understand that an account is inactive when a program holder has not stayed in the establishments at any time during this period. Senator Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to offer different expiration dates for the points awarded in a promotional way.
When are the points used in canceled reservations returned to me?
As long as your reservation has been canceled at least 5 days in advance, your points will be refunded the following day of cancellation.

How to Get Points

Every time you stay at an establishment of the Senator Hotels & Resorts chain, as a Senator Vip card holder, you accumulate points automatically. The total points accumulated for a reservation will depend on the number of nights and rooms included.

Equivalence between reservations and Senator Vip points

For those reservations made through www.senatorhr.com or our reservation center, you will get 1 point for every 10 € * of your reservation with your Senator Vip card. If you have a Senator Vip Gold card you will get 30% more.
* You will get 10% of the total amount of your invoice excluding taxes.

Reservations made through agencies, tour operators or other websites

If the reservation is made through your travel agency, tour operator or other websites, points will be assigned based on the number of rooms and nights of stay, as indicated in the following table:

Receive up to 50 extra points on your Senator Vip or Senator Vip Gold card by writing your opinion at Tripadvisor.es and / or Google My Business after staying at one of our establishments and send us an email to: socialmedia@playasenator.com , indicating your name, ID, hotel, date of stay and title of your opinion on each of these pages.
  • 10 points for each opinion published on stays at Senator Hotels (throughout the year).
  • 25 points for each opinion published on stays at other establishments between 07/15 and 08/25, and 10 points the rest of the year.
