Each time you stay at one of our hotels, you will get a certain number of points depending on the destination, the tourist season and the hotel category at which you stay.
If you book directly with us, you will accumulate 1 point for every € 10 of both the total cost of your vacation and the extra expenses you make at the hotel as long as you charge them to your room. You will also accumulate points if you make your reservation with your usual travel agency according to the
point earning table .
Redeeming your points is very easy. If you have enough points, you can make a room reservation through this website, in the section
new reservation ( redeem points) .

The change of points will be applied on the price of
catalogo in force (taxes included) for the consecutive days you want, with the requested regime and room type. You can also use them to manage as many free nights as your point balance allows (it will only be applied to the prices of the
catalogo the consecutive days that cover these points and never to offers or supplements of short stay).
You can always redeem as many points you have accumulated from previous visits.
The points accumulated in the program will expire 5 years after they are issued if the owner has not previously spent them. These points will be automatically canceled within the indicated period.
Accounts that remain inactive for a period of more than five years will be automatically canceled and all points accumulated to date will be lost. We will understand that an account is inactive when a program holder has not stayed in the establishments at any time during this period. Senator Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to offer different expiration dates for the points awarded in a promotional way.
As long as your reservation has been canceled at least 5 days in advance, your points will be refunded the following day of cancellation.
